You may also be able to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the operation of some website features.

We are not currently aware of using the Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or another separate advertising or retargeting pixel. If such technology is added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the website’s cookie controls should be updated accordingly.

  • Website or account notices;
  • Educational-content updates;
  • Service information;
  • Responses to inquiries; and
  • Occasional marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by:

  • Draft or edit communications;
  • Organize information;
  • Summarize correspondence;

  • Assist with administrative work; or
  • Facilitate the sending of ordinary email communications.

Information processed through an artificial-intelligence service may be processed by that service provider under its applicable terms, privacy policies, and account settings.

We seek to limit information submitted to artificial-intelligence tools to what is reasonably necessary for the task. We do not intend to submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, full payment-card information, tax returns, government identification documents, or similarly sensitive information to general-purpose artificial-intelligence tools.

Artificial-intelligence-assisted communications may be reviewed, modified, or approved by Jackson Kimsey. Artificial-intelligence-generated content should not be treated as legal, tax, mortgage, insurance, appraisal, inspection, or financial advice.

11. Educational Accounts and Content

Visitors may be able to create an account to access educational content.

  • Track access to purchased or restricted materials; and
  • Protect the content and website from unauthorized access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for promptly notifying us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Purchasing or accessing educational material does not require you to hire Jackson Kimsey or SHAWN R MCDONALD REALTY GROUP INC. for real estate brokerage services.

Educational content is general in nature and does not create a brokerage relationship or replace advice from an attorney, accountant, lender, insurance professional, inspector, appraiser, or other appropriately qualified professional.

15. Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no website, email account, electronic-storage system, artificial-intelligence service, payment processor, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should not send highly sensitive information through a public contact form, Calendly response, ordinary email, or educational-account message.

If sensitive documents are needed for a transaction, you should request instructions for an appropriate delivery method.
