Buying a home is one of the largest financial decisions most people will ever make, yet few people are ever taught how to approach it strategically. Schools rarely cover it, families often learned in a different market, and much of the advice online focuses on finding houses rather than making sound decisions.
That's why I became a Real Estate Planner.
Rather than beginning with listings, I help buyers begin with a plan—understanding their goals, financing, cash to close, property criteria, risks, and long-term opportunities before they ever start shopping. I also coordinate with trusted mortgage, insurance, tax, and legal professionals so buyers can make informed decisions with the right people around the table.
